About the Project
We are seeking a Project Controller, who will maintaining strong relationships with all Client team members, including Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, etc.
We are looking for a candidate who is adaptive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal professional should have relevant experience in program or project management, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Required skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Project Management
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Analytic and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Quality, details and results oriented professional
- Knowledge of Google Suit apps, MSOffice applications, in particular strong knowledge of power point and excel/google sheets (Pivot tables, reporting)
- Knowledge of Jira / Tempo reporting tools
- Knowledge of project management software applications/project tools
- Possess a university degree/college diploma
Scope of work:
- Monitor and analyze project data across departments to ensure milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned.
- Identify risks related to project scope, resources, deliverables, and timelines in order to report them to stakeholders on time
- Coordinate and manage project information (plans, deliverables, budgets, timelines, etc.) andengage resources as needed to understand and monitor the project.
- Develop high quality project status reports for senior stakeholders.
- Standardize project control methodologies and participate in process improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners.
- Analyze data and provide insights on performance and utilization of time and resources.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed & stored where accessible. Documentation includespresentations to the board of directors, sr. management, project plans, meeting minutes, etc.
- Build strong relationships with key internal department leads, including delivery managers, Project or program managers, etc.
