About the Project
We are looking for an empowered Customer Success Specialist who will work collaboratively with our existing and new clients to help optimize the collaboration results, provide a customer-centric approach to work, and create value for the client throughout the partnership.

Required skills:
- At least 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role in outstaffing or staff augmentation companies
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Advanced English
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and document information
- Being flexible & open-minded, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work from the Kyiv office 4 times per week (except Thursday)
Scope of work:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Manage a full-up sale cycle from identifying an opportunity to value delivery to close & implementation
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepare reports on account status
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
- Manage the adaptation processes for new clients
- Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
