About the Project

Our company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the USA and drive the growth of our IT staffing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will increase revenue band expand our customer base.

Required skills:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of the US business culture and regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English level – upper-intermediate+

Scope of work:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT staffing services in the USA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT staffing services.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to help plan future business development activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support.
