Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a system validation engineer
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to details
  • Strong engineering capabilities with a can-do attitude
  • Proven record of accomplishment of system validation of multidisciplinary systems including HW and SW
  • 2-3 years of experience in testing B2C products (specifically web-based and mobile applications)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Capable of executing & delivering under uncertainty in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Propounded and well-rounded knowledge of various QA methodologies, tools, and processes, displaying ability in driving software quality
  • Experience with QA processes and methodologies, with a proven record of accomplishment of implementing them effectively and creating high impact on the organization's quality

Scope of work:

We are looking for an experienced system validation engineer to play a critical role in building our products and empowering our Digital Farming solutions. By joining our validation team, you will be working on tackling some of the world's most complex challenges, advancing life around the world by creating the next generation of our Digital Farming solutions, from the design through the development and testing phases up to end-to-end integration within the other products. To succeed in this role, you will need in-depth knowledge and ability in testing multi-disciplinary (hardware & software) products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Design, development, and execution of system validation tests (SW, HW) of complex multidisciplinary systems
  • Analyze of requirements and writing test plans for new features
  • Participation in technical design meetings of new features
  • Establishment of clear traceability between requirements and test procedures
  • Documentation of system validation test results in test reports including defect reporting, tracking, and analysis
  • Being an active part in our version release process and working closely with the R&D developers and the Product team
