About the Project
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with a passion for the gaming industry to drive client acquisition and establish our presence in this dynamic market.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients for our gaming branch. This role is critical in positioning ALLSTARSIT as a trusted partner for game development companies, studios, and publishers.

Required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of the gaming industry and its unique client needs, with a network of contacts in game development or publishing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Passion for gaming and technology, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in game development.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Scope of work:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract new clients within the gaming industry, focusing on game studios, publishers, and related tech companies.
• Identify potential clients in target markets, establish relationships, and introduce our gaming solutions to address their unique needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their game development requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to refine and promote our gaming services to align with industry trends and client demands.
• Stay informed on gaming industry trends, competitors, and market needs to inform sales strategies and highlight our competitive edge.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases that demonstrate the value of partnering with ALLSTARSIT.
• Accurately document sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to support the rapid growth of our new gaming branch.
