Required skills:
- 0.5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on content creation, LinkedIn and SEO (preferably in the IT outstaffing industry).
- Strong content creation skills, including writing and editing skills.
- Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, BD).
- Interest in keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven track record of successfully launching and optimising LinkedIn campaigns.
- SEO knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
Scope of work:
- Develop and contribute to content creation, including blog posts, articles and other marketing materials.
- Conduct internal and external research to gather information for content writing, including case studies.
- Participate in keyword research and assist in implementing SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, posting relevant content and engaging with the audience to build a strong online community.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging digital marketing technologies.
