About the Project
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analytics Lead to join the client's team. In this role, you will support various teams, including client’s management, Finance, Business Development, and Strategy, by providing comprehensive performance reports, advanced financial modeling, and actionable insights. As part of your role, you will lead and mentor analysts to drive data excellence across the organization. Additionally, you will take ownership of the modeling and automation of management-level models, and manage the analytics side of our CRM platform to enhance player insights and strategic decision-making.

Required skills:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field-Must
- 4+ years in business/financial analysis, including 2+ years in leadership-Must
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools-Must
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting-must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights
- Ownership Mindset, proactive and responsible, ensuring accuracy and fostering continuous improvement in financial models.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively identifies and solves problems, with excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Will be plus:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms analytics tools, player data, and segmentation - advantage
Scope of work:

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Mentor and guide analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Performance Reporting: Own, manage, and optimize performance reports in multiple areas of business including finance, marketing, product, and CRM.
- Financial modeling: Optimize financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- CRM Analytics Management: Oversee the analytics side of our CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, developing insights from player data, and providing recommendations to improve player engagement and business outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and player data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including finance, business development, strategy, marketing, and executive teams, to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights, market trends, and player behavior analysis.
