We are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our company. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in IT administration and support while directly contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and managing IT systems, supporting team members, and ensuring effective IT solutions for day-to-day operations.

Required skills:

  • Support IT systems administration, including user account management, access control, and software troubleshooting.
  • Assist in maintaining IT equipment by handling procurement, preparation, servicing, and inventory management.
  • Provide technical support to employees for daily IT issues and ensure seamless operations for office events.
  • Oversee the administration of tools and systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes by managing accounts, devices, and access permissions.

Scope of work:

  • 0-1 years of experience in user support.
  • Ability to be physically present in the office.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical challenges.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT systems.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Be passionate about AI and constantly looking for opportunities to implement it on the daily tasks.
  • Intermediate English level (A2-B1).
