Required skills:
▪ Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the information security sector.
▪ Technical proficiency with tools such as MS Office, project management software, and strong documentation capabilities.
▪ Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., PCI, SOX, ISO27001) is advantageous.
▪ Proven ability to manage and deliver global, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
▪ Passion for driving projects with a strong focus on information security, ensuring adherence to security guidelines throughout project lifecycles.
▪ Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to lead discussions on tool selection and implementation.
▪ Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with diverse global teams and stakeholders at all levels.
▪ Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project milestones.
▪ High emotional intelligence (EQ), fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Scope of work:
▪ Leading and managing cross-functional projects within the Information Security Group, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
▪ Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, with a strong emphasis on security practices.
▪ Facilitating discussions on project management tools, guiding the selection process to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
▪ Conducting regular meetings and presenting comprehensive status updates, executive summaries, roadmaps, and timelines to stakeholders.
▪ Maintaining close communication with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), providing ongoing updates on quarterly and yearly goals, identifying risks, and ensuring critical objectives are met.
▪ Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues and deliver projects successfully.
