About the Project
Our project is a challenging and dynamic start-up, Screenovate, where technology, innovation, talent, and passion come together. The project is the pioneer and leader of Wireless Device Virtualization (WDV) technology, developing infrastructure and applications for smartphone virtualization over smart devices such as PC, Smart TVs, and VR/AR systems. Screenovate developed a technology that enables smartphone screens to be projected onto TVs andcomputers, and can also be used to scan, print, and copy files, as well as to transform a tablet or smartphone into a game controller. Screenovate is backed by Intel Capital and its productsare pre-installed on tens of millions of devices by some of the world’s top device makers.

Required skills:
- Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a lead role
- 5+ years of experience in web development - Must
- Experience in React - Must
- Keen eye for UI/UX - Must
- Experience in defining the architecture of a web application-Adv.
- Able to collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Maintains code integrity and organization
- Experienced in working with graphic designers and transforming designs into visual elements
- Able to understand and implement security and data protection policies
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking while executing high attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills in English
Scope of work:
As a Team Lead in our dynamic and innovative development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our web development projects.
- Lead a team of web developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, reliable, and secure web applications.
- Define the architecture of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the backend team to design optimal API structures for seamless integration.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and quality through thorough testing and validation processes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
