About the Project

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition, with an initial focus on the U.S. market. You’ll identify and qualify leads, maintain a CRM database, and collaborate with the Sales team to fuel business growth.

Required skills:

  • More than 1 year of experience in lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in IT or professional services.
  • Advanced English level (B2+).
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with IT industry services.

Scope of work:

  • Identify and research prospective clients through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, tracking all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with ALLSTARSIT’s service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to hand off high-quality leads and support the sales process.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Latin America and beyond.
