Required skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and system analysis, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem 
  • Proven ability to collect, document, and translate business requirements into actionable tasks 
  • Experience managing sprints and working closely with technical/development teams 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset 

Nice to Have: 

  • Background in the financial services industry 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Scope of work:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from planning through delivery 
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders 
  • Translate requirements into clear functional and design documentation 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs 
  • Manage sprints, track progress, and prioritize technical tasks for development teams 
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders 
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices
