Required skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and system analysis, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven ability to collect, document, and translate business requirements into actionable tasks
- Experience managing sprints and working closely with technical/development teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have:
- Background in the financial services industry
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Scope of work:
- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from planning through delivery
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into clear functional and design documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs
- Manage sprints, track progress, and prioritize technical tasks for development teams
- Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices
