Required skills:

3-5 years of experience in project management and system analysis, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem
Proven ability to collect, document, and translate business requirements into actionable tasks
Experience managing sprints and working closely with technical/development teams
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:

Background in the financial services industry
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Scope of work:

Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from planning through delivery
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate requirements into clear functional and design documentation
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs
Manage sprints, track progress, and prioritize technical tasks for development teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders
Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices
