About the Project

At ALLSTARSIT, we're launching a new suite of financial services focused on providing seamless bookkeeping, financial data entry, and consultancy support. We empower businesses with reliable, efficient, and accurate financial services to streamline their operations. We are looking for a driven Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead client acquisition for this new service line.

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients to drive revenue growth for our financial services. This role requires a dynamic and proactive sales professional with a strong network and experience in financial services or similar sectors.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services or professional services industry.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of financial industries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and secure client trust.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Scope of work:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients for our financial services.
• Identify potential clients within target industries, engage key stakeholders, and present tailored solutions that address their financial service needs.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving requirements to ensure continued satisfaction and service adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to refine service offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging client needs, using insights to refine sales strategies.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations that align with client needs and highlight our unique value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth of the financial services line.
