About the Project
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new leads and driving sales through cold calling, reaching out to prospective clients who may benefit from ALLSTARSIT’s IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, cloud, and staffing services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in similar sales roles.

Required skills:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role, with experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Cold Calling Expertise: Comfort and success in making high-volume outbound calls to business decision-makers, with a focus on initiating conversations and qualifying leads.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively explain technical services to non-technical audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track prospect data, manage outreach efforts, and report on results.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and technology, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
- Goal-Oriented: A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and team collaboration.

Scope of work:
- Cold Calling Outreach: Make outbound calls to a list of qualified prospects (business owners, decision-makers, HR leaders, CTOs, etc.) in industries that could benefit from our IT and HR outsourcing services.
- Lead Generation: Initiate conversations to qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities, highlighting ALLSTARSIT’s services as solutions to their IT and staffing needs.
- Appointment Setting: Effectively set up meetings or demos between prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff for further engagement.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, address their pain points, and position ALLSTARSIT’s offerings as a valuable solution for their organization.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities in our CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), tracking prospect interactions and lead status.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for cold calls, lead generation, and appointments set, ensuring consistent and efficient outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, outreach strategies, and promotional campaigns.
