We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow to join our dynamic team.

Required skills:
Experience:
• Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in IAM roles, with at least 2 years focused on SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Senior-Level: 5-7 years of experience in IAM roles, with at least 3 years focused on SailPoint IdentityNow.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
• Proficiency in configuring and managing SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Experience with identity governance, provisioning, and access certification processes.
• Experience and familiarity with REST API and API testing tools (e.g.: Postman)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation.
• Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and integration with IAM solutions.
• Understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
As advantage:
• Experience with OKTA or other SSO solutions (e.g.: PING, ForgeRock etc.)
• Experience with Keycloak
• Experience with Teleport or other PAM solutions
These would also be nice:
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
Scope of work:
The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Identity and Access Management solutions, focusing on SailPoint IdentityNow and other tools from our IAM landscape.
This role requires a professional with a strong background in IAM principles and hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow to ensure secure and efficient access to our systems and data.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow to meet business requirements and enhance security posture.
- Application Onboarding: Integrate applications into the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, ensuring seamless user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain IAM systems, including workflows, access certifications, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline IAM processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor IAM systems for performance and security issues, and troubleshoot as necessary to maintain system integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
