Required skills:
- A Master’s or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
- 2+ years of professional experience in:
- Machine learning: designing, training and serving models.
- Python software development, including OOP, with proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. - Understanding and application of common machine/deep learning algorithms.
- Familiarity with key packages (e.g. polars/pandas, pytorch, scikit-learn, statsmodels, xgboost, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves
- Practical knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale data systems like Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, services monitoring and software, data & model versioning control.
- Experience in analyzing and forecasting time-series data.
- A solid grasp of economic principles, such as demand & supply dynamics, price elasticity, and optimization strategies.
- Experience with cloud services and platforms, preferably AWS.

As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of transforming AI-driven pricing solutions.
You will:
- Develop and Optimize ML Models: Design, develop and fine-tune machine
learning and other statistical models to power our dynamic pricing engine,
improving prediction accuracy and adapting to market changes. - Own data science projects: Take ownership of data science projects and
resources, driving them from concept through to production and continuous
improvement. - Advance Generative AI Solutions: Enhance our generative AI solution to
automate and optimize pricing strategies.
