Required skills:
- 2-5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employee relations.
- Experience in onboarding, including coordinating work permits and visa applications.
- Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HR documentation management.
- Previous experience handling benefits administration and negotiating insurance packages.
Scope of work:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with the United Arab Emirates labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and correspondence.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Negotiating with Insurance companies for better offers.
- Supervising all HR related issues in Dubai office. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
