Required skills:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employee relations.
  • Experience in onboarding, including coordinating work permits and visa applications.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HR documentation management.
  • Previous experience handling benefits administration and negotiating insurance packages.

Scope of work:

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with the United Arab Emirates labor laws.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle HR documentation, policies, and correspondence.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Negotiating with Insurance companies for better offers.
  • Supervising all HR related issues in Dubai office. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
