We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and expand our client base within our established BPO services division.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager/Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to secure new clients for our BPO services. This role is essential for establishing ALLSTARSIT as a go-to provider for companies looking to outsource business processes and streamline their operations.

Required skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the BPO industry or a related outsourcing field.
• Proven record of success in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing sales in the BPO or outsourcing market.
• Strong understanding of BPO services, including customer support, data processing, and back-office functions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to building client relationships.
Scope of work:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients for BPO services, with an emphasis on customer and technical support, data processing, and back-office solutions.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients across various industries who would benefit from outsourcing their business processes.
• Conduct outreach and establish relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions that address their specific business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline by staying proactive in lead generation, networking, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with the BPO operations team to understand service capabilities and ensure seamless alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continuously refine our service offerings and sales approach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Document all sales activities, manage pipeline stages, and update client interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of ALLSTARSIT’s BPO services.
