Yotpo, a leading Ecommerce retention marketing platform, partners with brands to cultivate lifelong customer relationships through data-driven solutions such as reviews, visual UGC, loyalty, referrals, SMS marketing, email, and subscriptions. Yotpo seamlessly integrates with popular online business tools and has a global presence with offices in major cities worldwide. Their mission is to empower brands to enhance their direct-to-consumer growth by creating captivating experiences that foster enduring customer loyalty.
Our client sought to bolster their development capabilities and made the strategic decision to expand in the CEE region. To achieve this expansion, they needed a trustworthy outstaffing partner.
We, in collaboration with the client, have mutually decided that staff augmentation services represent the most suitable choice to fulfill their business needs.
The engagement with ALLSTARSIT revealed an excellent talent pool. Initially, ALLSTARSIT's goal was to build a dedicated team in Ukraine for Yotpo from the ground up. Over the course of our two-year partnership, Yotpo's leadership determined that expanding into the Polish market was necessary. Consequently, the ALLSTARSIT Yotpo team grew from a single team to a total of five teams.
The client initiated the partnership in November 2021, and the collaboration is ongoing, with ALLSTARSIT continuing to provide support and management expertise.

We take pride in our robust partnership, and as Yotpo continues to expand its team with us, we are now in the process of hiring additional teams for them in Poland. Our main focus is on recruiting Java and Angular developers, UX designers, and Product Managers.
